I'm out on a limb with this pick.    Going with Wis again  vs  Minn.     Minnesota  hasn't shown much against the better teams.   Wis is picked by -10.  Wis had a mid season slump, but now seems to be back on track somewhat.   This is a rival game and both teams are playing for the axe.  This week Wis comes away with it.
