This week my post is for Penn St  against Michigan.   Michigan is just flat,  really struggled last week against Toledo and they will really need a wake up call to just compete with Penn St.   Penn St has the total pkg and will unwrap it against Michigan this week.   Look for Penn St to win this one Big.  Take Penn St  -23 1/2
