This pick seems like a no brainer to me.  I'm going with Troy -11 over Arkansas St.    Arkansas St should have crushed No Tx last week and just beat them by 5.  Troy is a darn good team and will come out the winner this week and I think they will win big.   This should be a 3 TD win.  Take Troy  -11
